Returns & Refunds

1. All sales final

Due to the nature of research chemicals and laboratory-use products, all BIOMOD sales are final. BIOMOD does not accept returns or exchanges after an order has been dispatched, except as described below.

2. Pre-dispatch order cancellation

If your order has not yet been dispatched, you may request cancellation by emailing support@biomodpeptides.com. Cancellation requests must be received before the order enters the dispatch queue. Approved cancellations are refunded to the original payment method within two to three business days.

3. Third-party retest exception

BIOMOD stands behind every Certificate of Analysis we publish. If you submit a BIOMOD lot to an accredited independent reference laboratory — including, without limitation, Vanguard Laboratory or Freedom Diagnostics — and the resulting report returns identity or purity results materially inconsistent with BIOMOD’s published Certificate of Analysis for that lot, BIOMOD will issue a full refund upon receipt and review of the original third-party report. Submit the third-party report along with your order number to support@biomodpeptides.com. Refunds under this provision are processed to the original payment method within two to three business days of report verification.

4. Damaged or incorrect orders

Inspect every order upon delivery. Damaged, incorrect, or missing items must be reported to BIOMOD support at support@biomodpeptides.com within 48 hours of delivery. Reports received outside this window cannot be honored. Include photographs of the packaging and contents and your order number. BIOMOD will investigate and resolve verified reports through replacement, credit, or refund at BIOMOD’s discretion.

5. Refund timing

Approved refunds typically settle to the original payment method within two to three business days of approval. Card networks and banks may take additional time to display the credit.
